Privacy Statement:
The information you provide through this survey will be used only in the "Banking Project" for the purposes of identifying and analysing banking issues that impact community organisations and charities and related projects (such as our research on the Digital Divide). Once analysed and aggregated, the information will be used to publicise the Banking Project, to raise issues with the Banks and otherwise advocate for better banking services. If this happens, data will not be shared in a format that identifies an organisation or individual.
If you choose to share your contact details with us they will be treated as personal information as defined in the Privacy Act 2020. Any personal information provided via this form will only be used for two reasons. Firstly to keep you informed of the progress of the investigation. Secondly to contact you and and request your organisation participate in a subsequent stage of the investigation.
We are storing the information collected from the form in a secure Airtable online database. Airtable has strong security and data held in it is encrypted both in transit and in storage. In transit to and from the database, Airtable uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. In storage, Airtable content is protected using 256-bit AES encryption. Airtable regularly backs-up databases to a separate, isolated location and all backups are encrypted. You can find more information about Airtable here.
At the end of the project, all personal information will be deleted. Organisational raw data, analysis and reports made on the data will be kept for six years after it stops being used publicly.
